PHASE 1 - DESIGN / DEVELOP / DELIVER
Our business model takes clients through the process of designing their own GOLF PRODUCTS
This will include the following:
1. Half Day of Fitting - This is a half day process where we create a player’s profile through capturing data and running it through AI benchmarks. This will lead to a 3D generated products custom suited to the individual.
2. Internal MFG - Using collected data, the AI generates designs that can be 3D printed while formatted for other processes like CNC, Injection Molding and Castings. Clients are queued for processing orders and invited back to the Hub when ready for testing.
3. Half Day of Testing - Product Pick Up and Fine Tuning - Customer leaves studio with personalized equipment and accessories to use.
4. Membership - THE COMMUNITY / ECOSYSTEM is not just a one off experience, its a starting point for exploring personalized innovations. Members will have access to products, activities and curriculum such as Masterclasses / Design & MFG Work Shops / Limited Events + Collaborations

PHASE 2 - CONTINUAL LEARNING
Education is one of our main exercises. Our hope is to elevate the playing field so golfers can participate in next gen equipment. Each of our studios will have inhouse design engineers that will guide clients through the fitting process. Each fitting producing more data to influence the next.
We plan to have open forums where we offer introductory courses to AI generative designs. In addition to workshops, our goal is to help engage not only the local community, but inspire future golf design engineers through hands on experience. Accreditation for STEAM programs is one of our driving initiatives.

Putters are the tool that we are going to use to pioneer this new wave of AI generated products. Each Design Hub will onboard it clientele through a robust putter fitting experience to capture data.
